Hydra Comic Con 2017 - Artist Registration

• Two (2) Chairs
• One (1) Badge
• Includes One Concession Voucher Each Event Day
• Plus service fees

Eligibility: Anyone who creates art, whether it is painted/drawn, crocheted, welded, etc, is eligible to purchase an Artist Space. Artist must be sixteen (16) years of age or older at the time of the Event to sell. Minor artists may be permitted with a guardian in attendance. Artists under the age of eighteen (18) at the time of signing this contract must have a parent or guardian sign the registration form as well as a separate Event Waiver. Limit one space per Artist.

Cancellations: Should the artist cancel 90 days or more in advance of the event the artist shall receive 100% refund minus any incurred fees; between 90 and 31 days of the event the artist shall receive 50% refund; within 30 days of the event the artist shall not be issued a refund. Space ownership may not be transferred to a different artist.

Deadline to submit Seller’s Permit information: June 1, 2017

SUNDAY 6/18
Exhibit Hall opens to Exhibitors: 8AM
Exhibit Hall opens to the Public: 10AM
Exhibit Hall closes: 5PM
Exhibitors must vacate: 7PM
